psychotherapy with older adolescents, young adults, and adults of all ages
I'm Julia (she/they), and I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) committed to interdisciplinary work at intersections of mental health, social justice, and spirituality. I'm licensed in the state of North Carolina (#C016323) and working as an outpatient psychotherapist with TPC Integrative Psychotherapy & Pastoral Counseling based in Raleigh, NC.

Although a native Texan, I've spent most of my adult life in the Southeast, completing my Bachelor's at the College of William & Mary, M.Div. with a concentration in Spiritual Care/Chaplaincy at Duke Divinity School, and M.S.W. with a concentration in Clinical Social Work at UNC-Chapel Hill. During my graduate training and beyond, I've had the opportunity to serve in diverse settings including telehealth, outpatient, inpatient, and community-based mental health care, as well as social service agencies and faith communities.

In therapy, I strive to offer an affirming, nonjudgmental space to explore a client's stories with compassion, curiosity, creativity, and sometimes humor.

Outside of therapy, I can be found dabbling in academia, watching TV, cuddling my dog, and spending time with family & friends.
